Matt Cruice
As a coach, Matt enables individuals to unlock extraordinary levels of performance at work and beyond. As an HR professional with extensive knowledge of change management, and as an endurance athlete who has completed multiple extreme challenges, Matt uses his pragmatism, insight and experience to help people achieve more than they thought possible.

- Trained to coach with Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme, which is accredited through the Association for Coaching, and holds the European Quality Award as conferred by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
- Matt has led and coached management teams in some of the world’s best-known companies including Ford Motor Company, InterContinental Hotels, Aston Martin and M&S.
- Extensive experience as an HR Director, working at senior management level.
